Keeps for 1 day in the fridge
This is one of my favourite grab and go breakfast - perfect for when I am rushing out the door and need to kick start my day! Jam packed with anti-oxidants, it will help to keep those pesky colds away and the protein will keep you fuller for longer.
Ingredients
•Small banana
•½ punnet of berries
•50ml of almond milk
•1 pot of 0% total greek yoghurt
•2 tbls chia seeds
•2 scoops of rawlicious protein powder
•option 1x tsp of almond butter
Method:
Pop everything in a blender whizz together. Stir in the chia seeds and pour into a flask - Keep chilled in the fridge until ready to drink.
