I have suffered from chronic back pain for the last 15 years. I have tried several training plans including Pilates and swimming but the sore never left me. I started training with Lettie 3 months ago, focusing in the weak areas of my body, but without forgetting the rest of it. She uses several disciplines that complement each other to achieve my goals. She is really enthusiastic and keeps me motivated to go on. In these few months my back sore is diminishing, my body is starting to be tone, and I´ve even lost weight. I would definitely recommend her.

Before I started training with Lettie I found working out using anything beyond the treadmill incredibly daunting and never really pushed myself to my potential. Lettie has allowed me to regain my confidence in working out, being both supportive whilst pushing me when she knows I can give more. Now working out is enjoyable, we have fun and I see clear progress along the way-something I was never able to achieve before.
