I know MAMAHOOD is an absolutely magical time and really highlights how AMAZING the female body is. But we also know it can be a tricky time, governed by anxiety, change, uncertainty and confusion.
So our one of a kind programs are designed to 100% support you and help you navigate this time both physically and mentally. Preparing you for pregnancy, birth and life as a new mama.
Think of me as your Mamahood Wellbeing Guide looking after both your body and your mindset at this transitional time.

With you on your journey, I’ll guide you through movement practises to keep you strong, yoga practises to keep you supple and meditation to keep your mind calm.
​
We’ll also provide guidance around what to expect at birth and in the fourth trimester, helping you navigate the foreign land, shining a light on the unknown, so you feel empowered on your journey. Working closely with women’s health professionals so you are supported 360.
